Pre-production
This section of my blog will focus on my pre production for my first project
Location Recce
A location recce is basically a document stating where the filming is going to take place in. For my first project my filming will take place at home.

This image is an example of how a location recce document looks like.
This is my location recce for my project 1. I will film some parts of my project outside so I won't have to worry about lighting because its all natural light. The most important thing I have to look out for is safety and audio quality of recordings when I'm outside because I could injure myself or I could record a terrible recording due to weather conditions. So checking the weather broadcast before heading out to film is important and to prepare for any weather surprises.
My location for my project

This is my location for project. It is a nature reserve park. It is quite near where I live and I think it's a big enough place to record my project.

This place perfect for this type of project it has a lot colour and a lot of depth in the surroundings. Overall there is a lot things in here that will make my project look more interesting. I have recorded my project from last year here as well.
Equipment I will use during filming
The equipment I will be using to film my first project will be:

A DSLR camera

A tripod

A green screen

A sound recorder (H1N sound recorder)
My idea for my first project
My idea for my first project is going to be a how to video on camera angles. There are a lot of camera angles and it might be confusing for new beginners, so a how to video on cameras would be useful for newcomers. If you want to see what different camera angles looks like.
Storyboard

This is my storyboard for my first project. My video will be about camera angles. At the top of each diagram is an example of what type of camera angles I will be using. The camera angles I will be using is the close up, extreme close up, the Dutch angle, the wide shot and the medium shot.
